Zhang Yuan possesses extensive financial expertise and substantial multinational management experience. After graduating with a bachelor's degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, she pursued advanced studies in the United States to earn an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She has obtained the qualification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), establishing a cross-cultural knowledge system bridging China and the West.
Throughout her over 20-year career, she has consistently specialized in the strategic practice of corporate financial management, with particular expertise in financial strategy planning and execution for multinational group enterprises. Leveraging her profound understanding of Chinese and U.S. accounting standards, cross-cultural collaboration experience, and keen insight into global financial trends, she has spearheaded multiple complex financial integration and compliance projects. These efforts provided critical support for enterprises in optimizing financial structures and enhancing operational efficiency, continuously empowering their localized international development.
