Yang Jin holds the titles of Professor-Level Senior Engineer, Licensed Project Management Engineer, and Licensed Engineer of Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Expert Committee of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, the Director of the China Engineering & Consulting Association, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Chongqing Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, the Senior Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Western China Chapter, and the Chairman of the Chongqing Sustainable Landscape City Development Center.
He has taken the lead in participating in the construction of global urban bridges, green transportation, and smart cities, and initiated the establishment of the Chongqing Sustainable Landscape City Development Center.
He has created multiple "World No. 1" achievements and won major government commendations and industry awards many times. In 2009, he was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Worker in Chongqing Urban and Rural Construction System on the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China". He was nominated for the "Chongqing Youth May Fourth Medal" of the 14th Session in 2010, elected as one of the Top Ten Economic Innovators of Chongqing in 2012, honored as the Chongqing Model Worker in 2017, and elected as one of the Top Ten Economic Figures in Chongqing in 2019. He also led Teams to win 5 Tien-Yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prizes.
